Services Provided

Mircea’s Fencing provides professional fence installation, repair, and replacement services. Each project’s details — including materials, costs, and timelines — will be clearly outlined in your written estimate or service agreement.

 

Estimates and Quotes

  • All estimates are free and non-binding unless otherwise stated.

  • Estimates are based on the information available at the time and may be updated if the project scope, materials, or site conditions change.

  • Work begins only after written or electronic approval (such as a signed estimate or deposit).

 

Payments

  • Accepted forms of payment include check, Zelle, debit/credit card (with a 2.6% transaction fee), or other approved methods.

  • A deposit may be required before work begins. The remaining balance is due upon project completion unless otherwise agreed.

  • Late payments may result in delays or additional charges.

 

Scheduling and Completion

We make every effort to complete your project on time. However, delays may occur due to weather, supply issues, or unforeseen circumstances. We will always communicate promptly about schedule changes.

 

Warranties and Quality Assurance

We take pride in the quality of our work.

  • Workmanship warranties apply to the specific services listed in your contract and are valid for a defined period after completion.

  • Warranties do not cover damage caused by weather, accidents, natural wear, neglect, or modifications made by others.

 

Property Access and Responsibilities

Customers are responsible for providing clear access to the work area and for disclosing any underground utilities or restrictions. Mircea’s Fencing is not responsible for damages to unmarked underground lines or pre-existing issues.

 

Liability

We maintain appropriate business insurance to protect both our clients and our team. However, we are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from project delays, material defects, or client-provided materials.

 

Photos and Marketing Use

With your consent, we may photograph completed projects for our portfolio, website, or social media. We will never share customer addresses or personal information without permission.

 

Changes or Cancellations

If you need to cancel or modify a scheduled project, please contact us as soon as possible. Cancellation fees may apply depending on materials purchased or work already completed.

 

Privacy

Any personal information collected through our website, quote forms, or other communications is handled according to our [Privacy Policy].

 

Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Tennessee, without regard to conflict-of-law principles.
